Interested in becoming a vendor at Rockweave Music & Arts Festival? Look no further! We’d love to learn about your business, the artwork you create, and all of the culinary delights you can dream up. Please read carefully through the information below before selecting one of the Vendor Application links at the bottom of the page.
Accepted vendors will be provided with (2) Vendor Wristbands, which will grant you full access to the festival on the date that you are vending. Please keep in mind that submitting an application does not guarantee that you will be accepted as a vendor. If you are concerned that the event may sell out prior to the vendor selection date, we encourage you to go ahead and purchase a ticket.
Festival Dates and Vending Hours
Vendors must remain open for the duration of the festival day – i.e. food vendors must serve from 6pm – 11:30 pm on Friday and 11am – 11:55pm on Saturday. You may not open only for lunch hours or only for dinner hours.
The Festival Will Provide:
10×10 Space, Tent Included
One 8-Foot Table
Access to Power and Water As Determined Prior to Festival
2 Vendor Wristbands Will Be Provided, Additional Wristbands May Be Purchased At A Discounted Rate
You Will Need to Provide:
Point of Sale System with the ability to accept Cash AND Card
Any necessary extension cords and extra tables
Staff to manage your booth
How to Apply:
All applications must be received by Wednesday, July 31st in order to be considered. All applications will be reviewed. In late July/Early August, you will receive an email from email@example.com to inform you of your selection status.
Though we would love to have everyone join in on the fun, we will do our best to ensure that our patrons have a diverse array of vendors and food options to choose from. Submitting an application does not guarantee acceptance.
